In November, Director of District Partnerships Cindy Hollar traveled to Alabama to be with the Alabama Association of Elementary School Administrators (AAESA) at the 2023 AAESA Fall Instructional Leadership Conference.  She went to learn, collaborate, and share our work with the state's talented and committed education leaders.  

Cindy gained insight from experienced and knowledgeable presenters and learned what drives organizational innovation.  Attendees returned to work with the motivation to envision the path that leads to great ideas becoming realities.
