In this task, students will learn the sound /ŏ/ as in lot.
This task introduces using a common rime across multiple onsets.
From this task forward, rhyming tasks will consist of different onsets (initial sounds displayed on the screen) being said before the same rime (sounds that follow the onset to make a new word). This is different from earlier rhyming tasks in which the same onset was said before different rimes.
In this task, the onsets are /s/ and /r/. Both words will rhyme with awe.
