Full job description

The Head of Training (reporting to the CEO) will be directly responsible for:

• Collaborating with Once team to develop best-in-class training process, materials, and delivery
• Demonstrating highly engaging and effective training presentations to select customers
• Recruiting and hiring contract trainers to provide in-person professional development in our customer schools.
• Collaborating to develop and implement a method to train the contract trainers, evaluate whether they can deliver our training successfully, certify them to work with customers
• Supporting sales in right-sizing training to a district to ensure they are getting enough training to run a successful implementation
• Supporting program in coordinating trainings with schools
• Creating and managing the “train schedules” to ensure trainings are properly staffed
• Collecting survey and observation data to evaluate the quality of trainings
• Approving trainer compensation and expenses
• Designing systems to remotely / asynchronously train customers at scale

The Head of Training will have the following qualifications:

• A track record of experience managing professional services focused on training
• Superb in-person and virtual presentation skills
• Highly organized
• Team player and very collaborative
• Skilled with Google Suite and Slack

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
