Summary:
While hiking in the forest, Tim and Tiff happen upon a creepy looking cave. Tiff dares Tim to go inside, but he keeps coming up with excuses. Finally, he admits that he is too scared to go in. Tiff thinks she has no fear at all, until a bat comes out of the cave and scares her away!
In this imaginative retelling of the story, "Six Plus Three", students have a familiar story to help them transition to serif font.
