Summary:
Dad and Tiff went fishing. Dad falls asleep, and a little bear cub cuddles in next to him. Tiff wakes him up, and Dad runs up a tree. Tiff doesn't understand at first why Dad is scared of a little cub, but then Dad explains that it's really the Mama Bear he's worried about. He scoops up Tiff and runs away!
In this imaginative retelling of the story, "The Bear Cub", students have a familiar story to help them transition to serif font.
