Weekly Email

How Once users receive weekly emailed summaries of data from the portal — and what's in the school vs. district versions.

Every week, Once users get an emailed summary of data available in the data portal. The email comes from the address notify@onceearlyreading.com. If you do not receive the email, please check spam and whitelist that email address.

No student personally identifiable information (PII) is contained in any email. Clicking on any table in the email opens the Data Portal so you can explore the data in more detail.

School Email

School users receive an email that displays input and output metrics by school:

  • School input metrics
  • Instructor input metrics
  • Instructor output metrics (End-of-Year Prediction of student progress in Once and Oral Reading Fluency)

District Email

District administrators receive a similar weekly email which looks at inputs and outputs but only shows school-level data, not instructor-level data.
